Signature dishes, when seasonally available, include succulent grilled salmon on a bed of garlic prawn and chorizo risotto and served with buttered samphire; crispy Gressingham duck breast with morello cherries, watercress and homemade chips; and pan-roasted rump of spring lamb with creamed mash, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and a minted lamb jus. A value for money set menu is also available that offers diners the chance to enjoy some of the more popular dishes for a very reasonable price.
