Michael has a long and enviable track record, gaining experience with chefs such as the Roux brothers and Marco Pierre White. Enjoying a listing in the Michelin Guide since 2006, Michael is constantly looking at ways to improve his menu and he works closely with his suppliers to get the very best local seasonal produce from farm to fork.

Housed within a 200 year old building that formerly operated as a malt house, it was converted into a restaurant whilst maintain as many of the original features as possible. The exposed beams, stone walls and beautiful stained glass window that floods the bar with light are just some of the outstanding features that make this venue unique and memorable. The main dining room can seat up to 50 people at one time whilst the intimate private dining suite can be request for parties of 1 all the way up to 14 at no additional cost.
