Every dish on the menu sounds appetising from the Roast Quail with pickled mushrooms and a scotch quails egg starter to Roast Salmon with leek and cider smoked mussels with bacon and baked leeks for mains and Chocolate Truffle Cake with kaffir lime sorbet to finish. The kitchen staff are incredibly dedicated and infuse their food with passion, finesse and originality, qualities that are present in every dish that leaves the pass.

Superb food and a very high level of service. It is expensive (£105 for a meal for 2 with 2 glasses of wine and 2 bottles of beer) but it is worth it. For a special occasion in Nottingham it cant be beat.
